Best city hall as always. There's so many LGU employees approaching you to offer assistance. There's a proper queuing system too. The place even has strong wifi. There are also people that remind you of the requirements, LGU announcements etc Too bad they dont offer the unlimited coffee and snacks anymore Oh and the staff smile even at 4:30 in the afternoon!

One of the most efficient city halls in Metro Manila. The staff are very helpful and processing took less than 5 minutes! Update: Please note that they just started renovation works so most services were transferred to Muntinlupa Sports Complex. There’s a free shuttle from the city hall but I was told it’s only for a limited time.

The city started to light their huge Christmas display just like in the picture. I havent got to take some pics of the other display coz we are in a hurry. The City has a huge Belen decorated at the center top of the front building,so amazing. I saw some post in facebook that at night it more beautiful because of the lightings. The trees that surrounds the whole building has a grandeous light display,so its better to visit at night so you will experience the christmas vibe.😍Starting December 1 they will have a firework display at 7pm every friday and saturday.👏🎄

Clean and airconditioned area. For clients of Treasurer's Office insofar as Payment of Real Property Tax, I posted the Citizen's Charter, located at the Main Building. Parking outside is getting full during office hours. The OWD Lift is available for those unable to reach 2nd Floor. There is Koi Pond inside.

Clean, well organized. Emoloyees are very helpful. Problem is parking. Not enough parking space. I hope management will fibd solution to this problem.

I went there to het a copy of SAC which my mother says did not receive . Shes 84 and cant go . The staff there of SSD dont know how to answer back what i will do then. Lost SAC and I ask for the form as one of the requiremwnt , they dont issue how? Social distancung are being compromise!
